Mora is a London based multi-disciplinary consultancy and engineering firm headed by a team of young engineers and entrepreneurs with extensive engineering experience. Amongst being heavily involved in the construction industry, we take pride in driving innovation & technology through residential and commercial projects.
From conception to completion, we meet changing needs, transform performances, and reduce costs through strategic efficiencies, without compromising on safety and quality. We dedicate a team of in-house designers, project managers, architects, and surveyors that work closely with clients to deliver and implement their dream ideas.

Rabi Fawaz
Technical Director, Co-Founder
MSc, BSc (Hons)
A Civil Engineer with demonstrated history of working on London’s prolific infrastructure projects, High Speed 2 and Crossrail. Rabi has a Master of Science (MSc) focused in Management in Construction (Civil Engineering) from Kingston University, London. As a strong engineering professional with a focus on delivery and project management, Rabi offers valuable experience in Contract and Commercial Administration, Design Management, Project Planning, Procurement, Quality Management and Health & Safety.
Dr. Mohammad Dakhel
Technical Director, Co-Founder
PhD, MSc, BSc (Hons)
A Structural Designer, with experience of temporary and permanent designs. Mohammad has previously worked on major projects such as Highways England Framework Contract and the Thames Tideway project. Mohammad has a PhD and a Master of Science (MSc) focused in Structural Design from Kingston University, London. Having spent his career delivering contracts, and consulting designs for Tier 1 contractors, Mohammad brings extensive architectural and structural design & analysis experience, and is acquainted well in estimating, value engineering and change management.
